It's the change of pattern that interest me. I noticed that late
night eating is a habit that I should change. I want to make it an
easily achievable change, so I am going to not eat after 9pm.
Losing weight? Why is it so hard for myself and a lot of other people?
I believe that I weigh what I do because of the way I live and the
stuff I eat. I do believe that if I lived in a place of famine, then
I would be thin.
If I exercised more and ate less, then I would weigh less. I believe
this statement to be a fact.
So, why don't I eat less and exercise more.
This is my change. Change is tough, and I am going to examine why
change is so hard while trying to change my diet and exercise habits.
