eat less - what about cravings

If I am always craving food, it is hard not to eat way too much food.
>From what I can read on the web, I am either psychologically
influenced to eat or physically influenced.

I decided to work on the physical first. I have started taking a
daily vitamin. I have heard that calcium is helpful, so I have added
extra calcium.

The first few days seem to be helping. Let's see what more time brings.

7 hours this week and shoes

I got 7 hours of exercise in this week. I have been only walking. I
need new shoes, and I don't have the money right now. The shoes I am
wearing fit correctly until I start to exercise for over an hour. My
second toe is longer than my big toe, and this longer toe must be
hitting the end of the shoe. My toe nail is blue, and on my left
foot, it has fallen off. I also have blood blister on the outside of
my big toe -- both feet, but the left foot is worse.

I am currently wearing Brooks Beast, but I am going to switch to
Reebok. The lady as the shoe store showed me that the Reebok shoe has
a bigger toe box than Brooks. I let you know how it works out.

While the weather has been cold and snow has been on the ground, I
have been going to the YMCA. I have liked it so much that I am going
to look for a treadmill. I don't know anything about treadmills yet,
so I will need to do a little research.

winter months

I joined the Y, and I have been walking about 4 to 6 hours per week.  I tend to get in at least 4 days per week. I would like to get more, but it isn't easy with my schedule.  We have had snow or ice on the ground for a few weeks now, so playing outside isn't easy.
