winter. This week's forcast looks better. I hope to get some time in
running this week.
Two weeks ago I did get a long run/walk in. I did more walking than
running, but a friend and I went 7 miles to a Y, 30 min's on a
treadmill and 7 miles back to the hotel. I went well considering.
Hope to buy a treadmill soon.
The main goal for all this activity has been weight loss, and it is
not really happening. I am in better shape, and I feel much better,
and I am hooked on exercising, but I haven't lost more than a pound or
two in 12 months!
I still have hope.
