July 14th, 2006 I had an entry saying that I had stopped losing weight.
Soon after, I started to gain again.
I am back at 234, which is about where I started on this program
almost 2 years ago.
I have a choice to make -- stop and remain fat and get fatter OR rebound.
I pick rebound.
I just listened to a book called "4 day Win", and it made a lot of sense.
For the next 4 days, I am going to do 10 x 1min run/1min walk. Today
was the first day, and it went well. I took out the boys in the
double stroller. The 4 days will be up after Wednesday run -- so on
Thursday, I will reward myself with a new T-shirt.
