I came home to find out I am up to 237. I have started low-carb,
Atkins, like eating during the day and eating regularly at night. I
am down to 234; I'm not sure it has anything to do with the way I am
I have also started using the treadmill again now that we are back
home. We moved out to an apartment for two weeks while some home
repairs were being done. Throwing the schedule out the window isn't
good on exercise.
The weather outside is cool; winter is coming.
Progress isn't being made, but I continue to fight.
