How's it been so far? Not very good. I've gained about 4 pounds!!!
So what now? Give up? No. I have learned a lot. While reviewing my
old posts, I ran across Sunday, July 02, 2006: 225. A month ahead of
schedule. How was I ahead and now I have gained it all back? I was
running 6 days a week and expending much more energy. I read lots of
places that running 6 days a week is dangerous.
I have an injury now; my right foot is very sore. I think it's the
tendons going under my heel. It has been injured for some time;
doesn't seem to heal 100%.
My desire is to run.
I am going to walk on my treadmill 6 to 7 days a week. And run at
least 4 of the days -- if my foot will allow. If my foot gets too
sore, I'll stick to walking.
