204 and running again

As of Friday morning, I was down to 204. I ran Thursday evening, for
the first time in months. I had injured my ankle. Physical Therapy
didn't seem to help, but losing weight seem to help a lot, so I gave
it a try. I only ran a 10 min mile, but it felt good. I'm excited
again about running.

slowly melting

I'm down to 211, lost 2 sizes in pants, and had to buy a new belt.

I'm loving this new approach to eating. It's not a diet, and I'm
actually enjoying eating a lot more than I used to.
